The Ascendant as an entry point for interpretation

When we set up the interpretation from the Ascendant point (9.3) , we work in a model that is independent of, not subject to Moon (9.2). The planets therefore work out in this context not as instincts in the law of seven (as we have known it for centuries) but as representatives (rulers) of the twelve individual fields of experience, analogous to the twelve projected constellations of the Earth Zodiac ( 1.3).

These twelve individual fields are determined from the Ascendant point (9.2) and are therefore in fact a further elaboration of this point. The rulers of the houses therefore do not act as personal, image-forming factors (Moon), but as potential tools for action (Ascendant). In other words, from the geocentric horoscope with the place of birth in its centre (21.3), we consider the rulers of the twelve houses to be functions derived from the ruler of the Ascendant. They therefore follow the same mobility as ruler 1 (9.2.a).

Given the unique time sensitivity of the Ascendant point, this can only be used when the exact time of birth is known.

We will now further explore this twelvefold individual development field (in addition to the personal force field that is controlled by the Moon) by examining the degree of ordering and structuring in it (16.1).

A second approach

As we saw (9.2, 10.2), ruler 1 is not controlled by drives, projections, emotions and moods. These, like the Moon, are all changeable and reflections. In ruler 1 lies the ability to be completely himself independent of these influences. There is therefore no question of reacting to others or to the circumstances (28.2) . Also conversely with ruler 1 there is no detachment or averting from it. Deriving (9.2) from the I-force (16.2) of the center, ruler 1 is authentically himself (3.1).

As derivatives of ruler 1 the same now also applies to the other rulers of the houses (9.3). They are here no longer understood as planetary forces in the law of seven, but as a further, twelve-fold differentiation of the Ascendant point.

With that, the rulers of the houses, just like ruler 1, have become potential tools for action, differentiated from the Ascendant point for the twelve fields. Being the curcumference they are an expression of the centre (6.1).The input of the rulers is therefore approached from its own (non-Moon) angle. It relies on the analogy (9.3), the similarity, of this individual twelvefold field with the earthly Zodiac (15.2).

Because until now this approach from the rulers has only been used in a few places (*), below are some examples of the results that an interpretation from the rulers can yield.

Interpreting from the rulers

The power of ruler 1 is the basis for the deployment of the other eleven powers. From this angle, ruler 1 (just like the Moon before), has a key position in the interpretation. We will therefore as a rule assume the use of this capacity, which can always be used regardless of its position and aspects. In addition to the positions of each of the twelve rulers in one of the twelve houses, the similarity of the individual structure to that of the Zodiac is an indication of one's underlying structure. This then functions as automatisms.
